Stress Free Living

Stress has taken over our minds and bodies. It has become a constant factor when all things come and go. But we forget to kick it out the door after the initial signs and slowly it spreads itself and becomes a part of who we are.
We Shout
We Scream
We get Irritated
We feel that nobody cares about us
We feel distant
We feel depressed
We feel sleepless
Stress is the most common and most dangerous puddle we can get ourselves into. Learning to stay stress free means to be full of life and free from diseases. Our body reacts to our mind and if the mind is not healthy body tends to suffer. The ability to relax and rejuvenate promotes wellness, liveliness and endurance.
While juggling between work and home we miss what it feels to be relaxed. Most of us find ourselves unable to fulfill the overwhelming demands of our daily life. A new body of multidisciplinary research shows that planned intervals like daytime workouts, short power naps, longer sleeping schedule and more time away from work with frequent vacations can add to your productivity and boost your health.
For easy and stress free living a few steps can make a big difference:
Physical exercise – Even if you don’t get much time to hit the gym and exercise regularly take advantage of every chance you get like climb stairs as much as possible instead of taking the elevator, Stretch out whenever possible, walk short distances instead of a using a vehicle. You will begin to notice changes in yourself.
High Nutrition Diet – Meals are the most important part of the day so try not to skip any meal because of work. Always choose nutritious food over junk and grab and go foods as you will get more energized.
Music – Listen to your favorite music at least once a day. It will help you calm your nerves. Music is used as a unique therapy tool in patients with anxiety as it helps to calm the brain activities and flows like vibrations in your complete body.
Sleep – We all have our own ways of coping with our problems some like stress over their problems and some like sleep away their problems. The later is the better. They will always say “Let me sleep over it and I will get back to you with a solution in the morning”. This works like magic as the mind has already relaxed itself and now you can see your problem with a different perspective.
